Photo Guarantee

Real Tour guarantees you will be happy with your photographs but if for any reason you’re not please note:

• We shoot the entire property, so should you find a particular shoot or room missing please ask us, we’ll probably have it in our originals. We have to narrow down to the best 30 photos and use our best judgment in the process. Sometimes we’ll leave out a powder room to add another important room, but we can certainly add it if you want it.
• You can always order a 45 photo tour or upgrade to one after your shoot if you find you want more angles to choose from. This is recommended in larger homes (4 bedrooms or more) because rooms will be left out when there are many more rooms to shoot. We shoot multiple angles of every room so you can choose the best option.  (Pools, parks, landscaping, basements, additions, extra bedrooms, etc. are reasons to consider an upgrade)
• If for any reason we should miss a room we will always come back free of charge
• Photographers will not shoot garages, crawl spaces, attics, storage rooms, closets or neighborhood/building amenities unless specifically asked for by seller or agent
• We individually edit every photo to make it as great as it can be by lightening, sharping and rotating as applicable.
• If you have photos you’d like to add to your tour just email them, we’d be happy to add them! 
  (Sometimes sellers have their own photos they’d like to incorporate or from different seasons)
